1. This Sale which is being conducted on behalf of IMEM Ltd T/A Citroen & DS Ireland is a Closed Sale open to Irish Citroen & DS Ireland franchised dealers only.

2. All vehicles are sold without guarantee of condition or mileage.

3. Only authorised dealer personnel are permitted to take part in this auction. By logging on and taking part in this auction it will be taken that the franchised dealer has authorised the bidder to purchase vehicles on their
behalf. Any dealers allowing someone other than their authorised staff­ to bid on vehicles may have their access to the auction removed.

4. IMEM Ltd T/A Citroen & DS Ireland reserves the right to withdraw or re-enter any of the vehicles in this auction.

5. IMEM Ltd T/A Citroen & DS Ireland cannot be held responsible for the loss of any network connection during the running of the auction or any Firewall issues a dealer may have or experience.

6. Each car in this sale is sold as seen and IMEM Ltd T/A Citroen & DS Ireland will not be held liable for any claim regarding the description of any car sold in this auction.

7. Each car in this sale will be sold as seen and purchasers must disregard any previous certification

8. All dealers in the Citroen & DS Ireland network will have the opportunity to view the vehicle entry at Autobid Ltd, The Old Club House, Swords Open, Balheary Avenue K67 V227
in order to satisfy themselves of the vehicles' optical and mechanical condition. Please contact Kevin Hilliard for details.

9. IMEM Ltd T/A Citroen & DS Ireland Ltd reserve the right to withdraw vehicles from the sale without prior notice

Queries on Stock Condition or Location – Autobid have inspected all the listed units and have endeavoured to reflect as accurately as possible the condition of each unit. Transport & Collection - After purchase it is up to the Retailer to arrange collection of the units at Autobid’s facility in North Dublin. Collection days will be Tues-Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
